Potential Treatment For Downs Syndrome
The LA Times reports on a potential treatment for Downs Syndrome. The drug, pentylenetetrazole, was able to restore cognitive abilities in mice with Downs Syndrome to normal (though the drug, when given to normal mice, did not increase cognitive ability).
